How it Works
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Fill out my shipping request form above.
Step 2: Get Your Quote
Once I receive your form, I'll email you with:
Your dress rental cost (based on a one-day rental rate)
An estimate of shipping costs both ways
An estimated total quote, which will include the security deposit and fees
Any further questions I might have for you
You'll have two shipping options:
Canada Post flat-rate boxes (convenient and straightforward)
Your preferred shipping method (if you have a specific carrier in mind)
Whichever shipping method you choose, you'll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the dress to you and back to me.
Note: a $10 shipping handling and packing fee applies to all dresses. Also, the security deposit for shipping dresses is double that of the normal security deposit amount (not to worry, this deposit will be refunded to you once I receive the dress back).
Step 3: Confirm Your Order
Reply to my email to confirm your rental and provide your exact shipping address. This helps me calculate the final shipping costs and ensures your dress arrives safely.
Step 4: Payment and Shipping
Before I ship the dress, I’ll send you the total rental cost and security deposit amount. Once I receive your rental payment, I’ll prepare the rental items for shipping.
Once I ship your dress, I’ll send you a tracking number and a shipping receipt so that you can pay me back the cost of shipping to you.
Step 5: Enjoy and Return
Your rental includes just one day, so plan to return the dress right after your special occasion or photoshoot. Once I receive the dress back and confirm it's in good condition, I'll refund your security deposit.
